We are actively looking for an outstanding digital designer to come and join us at our studio in the Enterprise Pavilion, Poole.

A bit about you...

If you have a flair for design, are enthusiastic about what you do and want the opportunity to work for an exciting digital agency, this could be for you.

A broad understanding of all things digital will be a huge advantage, as you'll need to demonstrate creativity ability across a wide range of briefs. Your skills will be turned to a multitude of screens, from iPhones to Back-End User Interfaces, and you'll have a knack for designing apps and sites that are fun to use.

Working with either a fully-loaded PC or highly-tuned iMac, you'll have a solid grasp of how digital is implemented and how your designs will impact the production and development team. Your understanding of the other roles in the project delivery process will guide but not constrain your ideas.

We work with some great businesses both locally and across the country (some of which you'll find on the site). We don't do hard sell or fancy talk: our work and the way we do it is what makes people want to work with us. We're honest about what we can and can't do and we'd look for these qualities in anyone joining the team.

As well as great web sites, we build tools that are designed to positively engage our clients. There's some great digital tech out there and we love introducing it to our clients and showing them how it can integrate into their business and excite their own clients.

Working alongside the Digital Director, who currently leads design, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key figure in shaping the agency. Salary is dependent on your ability to design like a god, to know your tech like the true digital native you are, and to get deeply and romantically involved in exciting digital ideas.
