My name is Peter Evans (though some people call me @picklepete), and I'm a PHP Developer here at Base Creative Agency. I joined in March 2010 after two years of e-commerce and Python development, including for Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green clothing label, at another Bournemouth-based agency.

I'm an advocate of open-source, and whenever possible push my personal work to Github for any and all to use.

I have a keen interest in big data, aquiring large datasets and finding interesting implementations & visualizations for them. Occasionally, some of my personal hacks get turned into official Base projects, causing me to love my job 10% more each time.
