When not working at my real job (see below), I'm responsible for the smooth running of the studio and the folks in it. With a background in HR I co-ordinate team reviews and appraisals. I look after invoicing, book-keeping and payroll. All the important things that keep Base ticking over.

I'm now the mum of a gorgeous little boy who is quickly learning to move and explore. With that comes my new superhero powers of enhanced hearing and lightning reactions. Both of which I'm enjoying putting into use now that I have returned to the Base fold.

I'm also the proud owner of a Twitter account with nearly 40 followers and no tweets. The pressure is mounting to make the first one seriously epic :)
