Yellow Buses launch Journey Planner trial
Base deliver Google maps based route finder
We've been busy here at the Base studio working on a very exciting project for the folks at Yellow Buses and the thousands of passengers that travel every month.
A new Google Maps based feature that we've dubbed the 'Journey Planner' has been designed to interactively highlight the bus routes around Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole making planning a trip on a 'yellow' even easier. The new feature compliments the london-tube style network maps and timetables that are already available on the Yellow Buses website, bybus.co.uk.
The new feature has been launched as early as possible to get feedback from visitors to the site. This approach will help shape the future of the project, and gain some valuable insights from real passengers.
Check out the new Yellow Buses Journey Planner and be sure to add your feedback.

"We hope the new Journey Planner is easy to use and provides quick and easy access to route information. But by asking passengers what they think at an early stage in it's development should really make a positive difference to future improvements."
